Energy Balls

This recipe is great because the ingredients are so flexible; you can swap out the tahini for your favourite nut butter, pick whatever nuts and dried fruit you’d like to substitute! All the ingredients in this recipe are available at Brook Village Grocery.

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 cup large flake oats

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/3 heaping cup chopped raisins

  • 1/8 heaping cup chopped pecans

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut

Mix all ingredients besides coconut until well combined. Roll the dough into small snack-sized balls. Put coconut onto a dish and roll the tahini balls until covered in coconut. Eat as is or set aside in the fridge for firmer texture.
