Minute Appetizer ~ Apricot, Blue Cheese & Nuts

Try these with walnuts, or almonds, both of which we stock in bulk. Too easy!

  • 1 package Apricots, dried

  • 1/4 cup English Blue Stilton

  • Honey

  • Pecans or Walnut halves, raw and unsalted

1. Place enough apricots on a plate as needed.

2. Put a dollop of blue cheese on each apricot, place a nut on top of the blue cheese and drizzle some honey on top.

3. Serve at room temperature, do not refrigerate! Enjoy!
