Toe Tip #32 - Ball of Foot to Heel

Articulation of the foot and ankle is key to keeping mobility and fluidity of motion alive in the body. This little exercise assists the brain and body to connect through the front of the foot to the back, as well as understanding movement in the front dimension of the body and the back dimension. If you are challenged to do this little exercise - play some more with it. And if you need to go from the toe tip to the ball and then to the heel, it may help you find the foot in an easier way!
