Recipe of the Week! - June 25th

White Chocolate Fudge

All of the ingredients required for the following recipe are available at Brook Village Grocery.



2 pkg. (170 g each) Baker's White Chocolate 3/4 cup canned sweetened condensed milk 1 cup coarsely chopped toasted almonds 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1 Tbsp. orange zest


Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave chocolate and milk in large microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 to 3 min. or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until completely melted. Stir in nuts, cranberries and zest. Spread onto bottom of prepared pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to lift fudge from pan before cutting to serve.
