Releasing the Warrior Spring Smoothie


  • 1 pear cut and peeled

  • 1 carrot finely grated

  • 1/2 cup of beets cooked

  • 1 TBSP of grated ginger

  • Almond Milk (unsweetened)

  • Releasing the Warrior prepared tea

  • Sweetener: Stevia or Honey if required

  • 2 TBSP Chia Seeds (if desired)

  • 2 TBSP Hemp Seeds (if desired)​


  1. Prepare the Tea with 2 TBSP of tea to two cups of water and set aside to steep, engage the intentions of the ingredients and follow the intention protocol for optimum energy and vitality shift.

  2. Put the pear, carrot, beets and ginger in a blender or bullet, add 2 cups of Almond milk and blend until smooth. Add the steeped tea, chia seeds and hemp seeds and blend again. Taste to see if sweetener is required. The sweetness of the beets, carrot and pear may be enough.

  3. This makes 3 servings. If I am using my bullet, I spread the ingredients across 3 containers and put left overs in the fridge to have later.

  4. Sip the smoothie with the intentions found on the package for Releasing the Warrior and make a vision of your ultimate outcome. If you are muscle testing, determine if the new vision holds strong after finishing the smoothie.

  5. Celebrate your vision throughout your day!​
