Rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit! This class offers a safe space for students to explore the basic principles of yoga, breath and postures. It is suitable for those with or without previous experience in yoga and offers a foundation to maximize healthy yoga development. This class is thoroughly instructed and students are encouraged to practice at their own pace. The foundational yoga poses are systematically and safely introduced in a fluid style so that students can improve in mobility, strength and flexibility.

YOGA LEVEL 1-2

MABOU RENEWAL CENTRE

Wednesdays 6pm (90 mins)

Nourish your body and soul and be in the breath. This is a well-rounded and guided Vinyasa Flow practice with a fluid style to music. The pace is moderate with creative posture sequencing and mindful attention to breathing techniques, alignment that works with YOUR body and meditation. This class offers dynamic movement with and between poses that generates warmth in the core of the body. Focus is on the fundamentals of basic poses and offers a well rounded class emphasizing safe alignment, breathing, and gradual flexibility, strength and balance. Link movement to breath, connect with your body, build strength/stamina and leave feeling rejuvenated.
